Devlog 2 - Week 9


The tutorial I followed did not include in game obstacles and such this week's topic is not really relevant.  The main reason I didnt add obstacles into the game separately is because of the speed at which the zombies moved, the potential turning circle of the player, the limited AI of the zombies and because it created issues with the zombies loading "offscreen".

For the obstacles to work in an effective manner the game level would need to be substantially bigger and the zombies would need to move faster.  The way the zombie track the player however would be easy to trap within the obstacles and enable the player to effectively avoid them if they so desired.

Get Cops and Zombies
